3. Booking and Payment
By booking a session, you agree to the pricing and terms set forth on the website. Payment must be completed after booking, and no session will be confirmed until payment is received. We accept payments via the provided payment gateway.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule, please email us at ‘info@tutorslot.com’ . Our administrator will assist you. Refer to the email notification for cancellation details. If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, it may be treated as a “no-show,” and a fee may apply.
5. Tutor Availability
Sessions are conducted based on tutor availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of a specific tutor, but we will do our best to match you with a suitable tutor.
